Processing Time

We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time for shipments within the United States is between 5-10 business days. Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier performance.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order’s weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Returns and Refunds

You may return most items within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted as processing will have begun.
